TA4: Disruptive Innovation & Poster

We have decided that a good disruptive innovation for AlphaLab’s application process would be to replace their current application system with an application made with Google Forms. Google Forms is a service by Google that allows users to easily collect and organize information for free with a completely customizable form. It also neatly and automatically collects responses with real time info and charts, or allows for viewing data in sheets or excel. This will save AlphaLab’s team time. It works on both desktop and mobile browsers, and has many options for visual customization as well so that the application itself could be made attractive.           

Here is an example of what an application using Google Forms may look like for AlphaLab: 

We believe that AlphaLab will benefit from using google forms due to its endless benefits. We also recommend that AlphaLab to change their website so that their application is easier to locate. An easy-to-use and simple application means more applications and less frustration, thus resulting in more economic profits.
